Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days. Items must be unused, with all tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. The seller reserves the right to inspect the item upon receipt.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is found: underwear, swimwear, items with direct body contact, gift certificates.
Buyer's Rights
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the buyer may request a replacement, free repair, price reduction, or full refund. The seller is not responsible for defects caused by improper use, washing, mechanical damage, third parties, or force majeure.
Filing a Claim
Contact us via email or Instagram direct with your order number, photos/video of the defect, and a description of the issue.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or seller's error — shipping is covered by the seller. If the buyer initiates the return of a non-defective item — shipping is not reimbursed.

International Delivery
Shipped according to carrier rates. Customs duties and taxes are paid by the buyer. Delivery times vary by country. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier or upon receipt.

Item Inspection
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any damage or discrepancies must be noted at the time of delivery — claims regarding visible defects may not be accepted after the parcel is received without complaint.
